Free Delivery within 30 miles of Jacksonville and surrounding areas (otherwise you can always pick up at our Jacksonville, FL showroom)! If you're staying at a hotel, your scooter will be delivered ahead of your arrival and will be ready and waiting for you on arrival. Yes, we will deliver the scooter to you and pick it up when you're done. If you're staying at a hotel, we typically leave it with the front desk for your convenience. When you're finished, you can simply return it to the front desk as well.
The batteries typically last an entire day, but actual duration depends on factors like usage, rider weight, and whether you're traveling uphill or over rough terrain. All of our scooters come equipped with battery meters to help you monitor the remaining charge.
You simply plug the charger into the battery and plug the other end into a standard outlet. It is recommended to charge the battery overnight every night of your rental to ensure optimal performance.
The "Traveler" scooter can be easily disassembled and folded to fit into the trunk of a medium or full-size car. The "Standard" and "Heavy Duty" scooters are less compact but can be transported in larger vehicles such as vans, trucks, or SUVs.
All "Traveler" model scooters are TSA-compliant and approved for air travel. To ensure a smooth experience, please notify your airline in advance that you will be traveling with a mobility scooter.
